SAS binaries installation error “one or more required hot fix packages cannot be processed”

Resolution:

The following are the resolution steps:

1. Need to re-download SAS Hot Fixes from SAS Deployment Wizard
2. Open command prompt run as administrator
3. Cd “C:\SAS Software Depot” directory
4. Type setup.exe & enter
   i.e.
   

1. Click OK
   

• Choose Manage this SAS Software Depot option and click Next
  

• Choose Retrieve Hot Fixes option & click Next
  

• The SAS Hot Fixes will be downloading and at the end you need to click Finish option
  i.e.
  

Please retry SAS installation again and you will not see that error message again.
